What is PostoExpress?

PostoExpress is an On-Demand-Dispatch service operating within the confines of Klang Valley. They can do delivery within 3 hours from pick up point to drop off point at anytime of the day (24/7) and even on weekends. Wow!

I have been using this service since last 2 weeks for both personal and business matters.

The 1st time I engage with PostoExpress was about 2 weeks ago when I bought some herbs for my mom. I wanted her to have it so badly but admittedly it was my bad that I couldn’t make my time to bring it over to my mom. Since I have 3 times FREE deliveries, why not-kan? Within 1 hour, my mom got the herbs. Cepatnya~

I also engage with PostoExpress to send my products from GOPAKO to one of my loyal customers. My customer is reeeeeeally happy with the prompt action. Of course I myself is very happy with PostoExpress, very good service. Hmm, I can consider adding an option on GOPAKO website for those who are willing to pay extra in order to get the goods within 3 hours upon purchasing.

Just like our customer from HunnyChamp, the mother was so desperate to have the Woombie Swaddle for her baby. And voilà~ without headache we got the delivery settled in less than 2 hours. Mommy happy. Baby happy. We lagi happy.

I sometimes dislike driving far just for a few minutes business. I got my supplier to sign-up with PostoExpress and send me my orders. Tehehe~ Comes to think about this, it helps save petrol from PJ to Taman Melawati to and fro. Save my hassle from parking, you know-lah how troublesome it is to get a parking space during office hour. Most importantly, it helps save lots of time! Hey, every minute counts okay. I can do my work while waiting for the delivery. What best is, you will receive a notification via SMS and follow up by a call. At least you will be able to estimate the time of arrival. I can arrange my time so nicely.

Honestly speaking, I am a very well organized person – in terms of schedule-lah. For productivity, I am so willing to pay extra for the service which helps save all the hassles. PostoExpress is pretty new in Malaysia and I believe that there’s always a room for improvement and will definitely be a leading dispatch company in Malaysia and Worldwide. HELLO !! It has been awhile huh…

I have finally made a trip to send my machine for repair at Menara Singer.

As I entered the building, a Chinese aunty approached me without hesitation. Me too explained everything without hesitation-lah (head-shake). She placed my machine on a table and ran a few times of testing. She checked and checked and checked to rest assure that she can help fix it to save my money for major repairing. Of course I have to if needs be.

I sincerely feel grateful to her for the effort of fixing my machine. In and out there she goes searching for tools. All I could do was just standing there watching her cute gestures, almost turning her small little shop upside down. Aunty, you are so cute and kind! I like you!

There are a few tight screws she couldn’t unscrew, I offered my help. Immediately we both team up. The bobbin case was broken and it cost RM50 to replace it. Of course I could bear the cost but unfortunately, it was out of stock. Alamak. I don’t mind leaving my machine there for a day or week, but Aunty is soooo full of spirit. She asked me to sit down and let her do her magic. With her not-so-good eye-sight, I help a bit with threading the needle and screwing. The magic was ~ sandpaper the broken bobbin case. That’s it!? Ok or not, Aunty?

We assembled everything back in order. So gan-jeong when she steps on the pedal. The sound of the machine is so nice and smooth. It is working just so fine! She said, “Go Home Now!”. LOL. So cute-kan this Aunty. Before I make my move, I thought of paying her for the repairing fees. She said it’s okay, F.O.C. Oh my goodness~ don’t make me leave without paying you. So I bought 10 original bobbins which I should be using it, and a casing for my machine. Yay!

Well ~ the design is kinda not my style, but I need a good casing for protection. Let’s go home baby! Can’t wait to sew again. Next target is a Coverlock Machine. Gotta ikat perut for it.

Hmm, it is time to be good and I ask for a bigger space for my work station.
