Keep moving…
…I am so inspired I woke up with a very active brain. The people I met, activities and events I attended, books I read and things I saw are giving a lot of inspirations. I feel so much alive to keep myself heading towards my goals.
To kick start my action plan, I will spend my holidays with making a harem pants with the new fabric I bought a few days ago and a baby belly bag (rice bag) – I don’t know the name of it yet for a friend of mine, a grandma soon to be. There are a few more things in the list but, mum’s the word until I got them done. I don’t wanna jinx it. 😛

Good Morning…
… today is my 8th 7.5k steps walking. Yes, I am getting myself back on track with morning walk and jog sometimes, depending on my condition. I will end my session with 15-30 mins stretching, including a few yoga poses.
As usual, I spend my own sweet time stretching and enjoy the beautiful sound of the birds chirping. Then comes Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I) pose which is one of the exercises. As I lift my head up to finalize the pose, I saw these beautiful leaves from a tree. It has been sheltering and giving me fresh air during my entire stretching session. Silly me, how can I not notice this earlier?
It is so beautiful and from now on, this is going to be my favorite spot for my morning stretching. I am grateful to God for the beauty of nature.

The Color Run…
… yay!! The happiest 5k run on earth is here in Malaysia and I am missing it so much already. Waking up early like 5:00 am is a tough thing to do… blerk. I must be over excited, I woke up at 4:45am. 🙂 And because that I have to drive on my own to Lake Gardens, I decided to leave home at 5:45am just in case if I lost my way or couldn’t get a parking space. As always, Waze is my best navigator.
Upon reaching the place, the entrance was blocked. In fact a number of entrances were blocked. A few U-turns I have made and still couldn’t access to the car park area. It is so near and yet so far. Best thing was I ended up in Jalan Ipoh. Oh. My. God. Panic!
In my final U-turn where I have no idea at all where the hell I was, I saw people crossing the road and walking in groups. Cars in long queue heading towards Jalan Parlimen. I was at ease knowing that I am at the right way. Not long after, I managed to park my car and lastly, joined my friends. Phew~
Music started cranking up loud. People start warming up and cheering. Happening-nya. I likey!! 🙂 Flag off at 7am and here we go get COLORED!!
We were colored in yellow in our 1st km. Followed by orange in the 2nd km, blue 3rd, red 4th and purple last. Viola~ rainbow!
Why the happiest 5km run? Because it’s not a race run. You walk or jog with your friends and enjoy the moment together taking selfie or groufie or wefies, you name it. Throwing colored powder on each other and have FUN!! So cute. So much fun!!
It is awesome to have fun like a child! I want more of this. 🙂 I am looking forward to the next fun run with my friends and loved ones!

Remembering Wong Ka Kui…
I had a dream about late Wong Ka Kui a few nights ago. I must have been missing him dearly. The day after the dream, I have been playing songs by Beyond on Spotify to reminisce the good old days. Those days of me and my imaginary boyfriend… *grinz*
Ka Kui used to be my imaginary boyfriend before Jordan Knight from NKOTB back then. Hah!~ Not that he was the cutest one, but a talented one. He was a singer-songwriter, the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist and the founder member of the Hong Kong rock band Beyond.
I got teased by my eldest sister for ‘loving’ him. I was only in primary 2 or 4, I can’t recall. One amazing thing was I can sing all songs in the entire album. Not that I can read Chinese. My sisters and I don’t read Chinese. Well, not that my English is well polished either. Both my sisters are my influence. What they did was PLAY-STOP-REWIND till they get the Chinese lyrics translated. I did the same and sang along with the cassette player, jumped up and down on our shared queen size bed as a stage, acting like a rock star. A rock star wannabe. *roll eyes*
His voice was something. He was a gift to the musical industry. Although Wong Ka Kui is no more with us but his songs he brought us will never die.

The Book Thief.
I am home alone. Simple dinner is ready. Having the mood to watch a film, I picked something serious. The word ‘book’ in the title captured my attention while choosing for one. In silence, I finished my dinner and continue with the film.
To me, this film is a story about survival, friendship, family and human spirit. I love Hans Hubermann, Rosa Hubermann, Liesel’s foster parents and Rudy. It is sad to know that they died in the end. There are a few quotes in the film which I love so much.
Narrator: One small fact: you are going to die. Despite every effort, no one lives forever. Sorry to be such a spoiler. My advice is when the time comes, don’t panic. It doesn’t seem to help.
Death: I have seen a great many things. I have attended all the world’s worst disasters, and worked for the greatest of villains. And I’ve seen the greatest wonders. But it’s still like I said it was: no one lives forever.
Death: I wanted to tell the book thief she was one of the few souls that made me wonder what it was to live. But in the end there were no words. Only peace. The only truth I truly know is that I am haunted by humans.
It gave me a long sigh, three slow nods and a gentle smile to agree about life. Live wisely and love your life. ~Melle.

Aww… so beautiful how I wish it’s a real one. I am sincerely happy for my ex-creative director whom is now running a business with her partner at That2Tattoo.
They do temporary tattoos with air-brush. It is fast, no pain, no swelling or burning and it lasts UP TO 7 days. Best of all, it’s not permanent that’s the idea. It’s also a great idea for us (me) who always wanted another tattoo. So I tried one on left arm. I really really do like it. It is super cool.

… okay, I have lost quite a number of posts because I got hacked not once but uncountable times till the extent I decided not to blog anymore. I dunno why this is happening. Not that I am an IT person. So, I do not know how to fix it. Thank you, hackers. Robot or human. Yeah, thank you.

Now, I am taking my words back. I miss blogging. I miss blogging because I miss doing arty-crafty stuffs. Huh? YEAH!! I blog because I love art & craft. There are zillion of reasons why people blog. You know yours and I know mine. Blogging gives me great vibes and motivation to do my art&craft and then, share it. SHOW-OFF la. Yeah… 😀 I dunno how many followers do I have. Or maybe no one is interested. Like the local saying,’Syiok Sendiri’. You know, syiok-ing sendiri is sometimes the nicest thing to do. Agree? 😛
Anyways, here I am again. It is gonna take me some time to beautify the layout. Hope that I can retrieve some of the previous blogs from I have no idea where, hopefully… miracle happens. Hah !!
