farewell handmade card

It was our last practice with Mimi whom is heading back to Japan for good where she receives a great and honorable opportunity offered by a master in a sacred place for meditation. =) The truth is, it’s hard to say goodbye. Indeed. I believe that faith leads her the way and I’m very happy for her from the bottom of heart. Gambate and Domoarigato for everything, Mimi. Namaste ~

Oh~ before I end the post for today, let me (not an advance climber) strut around with my 2nd pair of climbing shoes. Introducing you KaosII from Evolv. Woot ~

Good Day…

“How was it?”, Abner asked.
“Great!”, that’s my answer to the question with a contented smile.

I never knew how great doing yoga in the morning could truely be. It helps clear my mind and relax my soul after a long and hectic week. The more I practice yoga, the more I got enlightened. Yoga is not only toning your body or giving you strength. Yoga is a philosophy that begins with the spirit. Getting in touch with your spirit is the true goal of yoga. It occurs naturally when your mind quiets and you are able to access the inner wisdom that emerges from the deepest aspect of your being. There are more to learn and experience – everyday. ๐Ÿ™‚

Now, please do allow me to share with you how to start a good day with this simple breathing exercise – Ujjayi breathing.

  • Lie on your back or in a seated cross-leg position with your eyes close and place your hands on your stomach.
  • Breathe through your nose and relax all muscles.
  • Inhale slowly, expending your ribcage in 4 counts.
  • Exhale gently, relax tension in 7 counts.
  • Continue breathing at your own pace.

Start each day with this breathing exercise for 1 to 2 minutes. It helps your body and brain to refill each cell with fresh oxygen. Enjoy and have a good day !! Namaste ~ Melle

Fun with UNO H20

Wahey, I’ve finally found you !! I have been searching for you around town since Lili brought you to Kemaman on New Year’s eve. But failed. I then decided to try my luck and see if I will be able to get you from online shops. I googled for a couple of minutes and Kids.Net.My caught my sight. Without hesitation, I clicked to enter the site, I enlarged your photo and added you to the cart right after I confirmed that it’s so you. Then I make payment right away via internet fund transfer. It’s so hassle free. ๐Ÿ˜€ I likey !!

Unexpectedly, I receive the goods the very next day at my front door. Guys, you got me so hype up. Thank you Kids.Net.My for your prompt action and efficiency !! A compliment from me to Kids.Net.My for the super good service and help. Clap. Clap. Clap. Keep it up !!

UNO H20

The durability is what I like most about UNO H20. I can bring this clear, plastic, water and dirt proof cards anywhere I want especially outdoor activities. It will not become wrinkly. Yay !! Super-duper-yay !! There’s also a new rule of “Downpour” which is a lot of fun to play around, and of course… it’s rugged too. Don’t you agree? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Retreat @ Kemaman

kemaman

It is monsoon season at the east-coast of Malaysia but the rain does not stop us from having fun. More than words can say, the holidays were awesome !! I haven’t been having so much fun since like eons ago. We rolled down the sand dune, bowled and bouldered by the beach *my body is now aching like nobody’s business and bruises on legs and knees, ouch…*, we swam, hiked, cooked, had some local nice foods, coffee and tea, uno, countdown, juggled, massage and more. It was a crazy and fun “career” retreat !! *giggle giggle* ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you y’all for the company and stay tuned for more fun to come in 2011 !! *Hugs*

A’lil update…

Ola, people !!

I’m right now busy with a project till mid of April. It’s a pretty hard row to hoe. Admittedly, it’s tiring yet fun. Challenging yet rewarding. In order to stay away from the computer just one night, I’ve decided to do some hair accessories which I have not been in touch with them for weeks with guilt. Hmm…

Ohhhh… I was away from the computer yesterday night too. Where to? I went rock climbing with some experienced climbing friends. What I like most? Sweating like a pig. It makes me feel so good. Hohoho…

Nothing much to show at the moment but a photo taken last weekend at Nyamuk, Batu Caves.

And climbing reminds me one of my favorite songs. The Climb by Miley Cyrus.

Oh, one more thing.

“Happy April Fool’s Day to y’all !!”
