Week 34…

… As always, Wednesday is my favorite day. And now, it seems like I’m loving everyday. I got extremely hyped up for the up coming activities and can’t wait for the next day to come. I laughed myself to sleep last night, thinking how fun the rehearsal was, and how I reacted when i know that we have to do some dancing pose. What a surprise from Shammee. Took a deep breathe, shrug it off, join the fun and let me be silly. Du…dudu…dudu…dudududu… Duuu… Don’t worry, be happy. ๐Ÿ˜€ that’s the song keep repeating in my head.

Am extremely grateful to a very supportive family members who never give up on me. The bond and love from miss little Meagan perks me up whenever I am down from work. Hugs from yiyi. I’ll try my best to be a very good girl and will try not be forgetful, at least… :p

Life is indeed more colorful to have this bunch of sincere and wonderful friends who share thoughts and respects. I’m also very thankful to all the trust, support, patience, understandings and most of all, the appreciation from clients to me. It’s my pleasure and I’m happy working with them.

How can I not to admit that I’m the lucky one of having Abner to ride the roller coaster and grow together as one? Thanks dear for your patience.

Right now, I’m getting in touch with handcrafts back again and this will go for charity. I always wanted to do it. Thank you Denza for giving me this opportunity and to those who will be helping me. Thank you for making my wish come true. ๐Ÿ™‚

I’ve gotta stop here and tomorrow is gonna be another eventful day though. Good night and have a wonderful weekend ~ Namaste, Melle.

God heard me…

smiley sun lotus flower

… First, He sent me someone when I needed someone to talk to. Someone whom I have not seen for years. Whom inspires me. Whom I respect. Mr. Dennis.

Second, He sent me a ‘sunflower’. A beautiful talking sunflower. Whom always help wash my tears away. Whom gives strong support, courage and bloom strongly in the heart.

Third, He gave me a wonderful image when I was sitting back to take a rest with my eyes closed. It’s a combination of a sunflower, lotus with a smiley face in meditation position.

And last but not least, He put a smile on my face. ๐Ÿ™‚ Above is the image that I would like to share with you. I hope it put a smile on your face too !!

Wishing y’all a very nice Tuesday evening !! ~ Melle

A Colorful Wednesday…

gift from India

Wednesday is my best day because it is Yoga day. And today an extra smile added on my face when I got a gift from guru Shammee. She got me a very beautiful note book from India. I like the color combination and every sewing details on it. What I like the most is it’s handmade, which is what I believe. ๐Ÿ˜€

India is one of the places that I’m interested to visit. Now I got inspired to work for this trip one day… Ale ~

Appreciate it with all my heart. Namaste, Shammee.

It was our last practice with Mimi whom is heading back to Japan for good where she receives a great and honorable opportunity offered by a master in a sacred place for meditation. =) The truth is, it’s hard to say goodbye. Indeed. I believe that faith leads her the way and I’m very happy for her from the bottom of heart. Gambate and Domoarigato for everything, Mimi. Namaste ~

Oh~ before I end the post for today, let me (not an advance climber) strut around with my 2nd pair of climbing shoes. Introducing you KaosII from Evolv. Woot ~

Good Day…

“How was it?”, Abner asked.
“Great!”, that’s my answer to the question with a contented smile.

I never knew how great doing yoga in the morning could truely be. It helps clear my mind and relax my soul after a long and hectic week. The more I practice yoga, the more I got enlightened. Yoga is not only toning your body or giving you strength. Yoga is a philosophy that begins with the spirit. Getting in touch with your spirit is the true goal of yoga. It occurs naturally when your mind quiets and you are able to access the inner wisdom that emerges from the deepest aspect of your being. There are more to learn and experience – everyday. ๐Ÿ™‚

Now, please do allow me to share with you how to start a good day with this simple breathing exercise – Ujjayi breathing.

  • Lie on your back or in a seated cross-leg position with your eyes close and place your hands on your stomach.
  • Breathe through your nose and relax all muscles.
  • Inhale slowly, expending your ribcage in 4 counts.
  • Exhale gently, relax tension in 7 counts.
  • Continue breathing at your own pace.

Start each day with this breathing exercise for 1 to 2 minutes. It helps your body and brain to refill each cell with fresh oxygen. Enjoy and have a good day !! Namaste ~ Melle
