It was our last practice with Mimi whom is heading back to Japan for good where she receives a great and honorable opportunity offered by a master in a sacred place for meditation. =) The truth is, it’s hard to say goodbye. Indeed. I believe that faith leads her the way and I’m very happy for her from the bottom of heart. Gambate and Domoarigato for everything, Mimi. Namaste ~
Oh~ before I end the post for today, let me (not an advance climber) strut around with my 2nd pair of climbing shoes. Introducing you KaosII from Evolv. Woot ~

It’s a beautiful Sunday for outdoor but I am at home, working. Here I am taking a short break to update my blog with a back-dated photo of a sweet corn pudding that I’ve made during the CNY.
What?
1 packet of soya fruit pudding powder
2500ml of water
100 gram of sugar
1 can (400ml) of evaporated milk
Sweet corn kernels
Nata de coco
How?
Pour 2500ml of water, sugar and 400ml of evaporated milk into a saucepan. Stir mixture to boil.
Turn off flame and stir for 5 minutes.
Pour in soya fruit pudding powder and stir well.
Pour the mixture into molds or ramekins.
Sprinkle some sweet corns kernels and add nata de coco on each pudding.
Set aside to cool and refrigerate before serve.
Have a yummy Sunday !!
“How was it?”, Abner asked.
“Great!”, that’s my answer to the question with a contented smile.
I never knew how great doing yoga in the morning could truely be. It helps clear my mind and relax my soul after a long and hectic week. The more I practice yoga, the more I got enlightened. Yoga is not only toning your body or giving you strength. Yoga is a philosophy that begins with the spirit. Getting in touch with your spirit is the true goal of yoga. It occurs naturally when your mind quiets and you are able to access the inner wisdom that emerges from the deepest aspect of your being. There are more to learn and experience – everyday. 🙂
Now, please do allow me to share with you how to start a good day with this simple breathing exercise – Ujjayi breathing.
Start each day with this breathing exercise for 1 to 2 minutes. It helps your body and brain to refill each cell with fresh oxygen. Enjoy and have a good day !! Namaste ~ Melle
Today is the final day of Lunar New Year. It’s also a Chinese Valentine’s Day in Southeast Asia where many unmarried or singles will write their name and contacts on the tangerines and toss them into the sea or lake, in a hope that their future spouse will pick it up. I do have few girlfriends who found their hubby from this tradition. Mm.. mm… faith, faith… 🙂
Tangerines tossing still very in vogue – I believe. To all single ladies and gentlemen, go try tossing some tangerines tonight too. 😀
Happy Chap Goh Mei !!
Here’s more photos of the beautiful cloudy blue sky and green forest from Gunung Datuk, Negeri Sembilan.
Super lurve this hill and the photos. ♥ This makes me looking forward to hiking the next beautiful hills in Malaysia. Let’s see where and when could it be. 😀
Albeit the hike was rather tough, I enjoyed every moment of it especially when we made it to the peak. Worth all the sweat. 2 thumbs up. 😀
